The Power of Red

Roses are red.

Violets are blue.

This dress is from ROMWE.

You need one of these too.

I couldn’t resist that poem…. (lol).  I saw this red ruffle hem dress and knew I had to have it! Red is such a powerful color in my opinion! It exudes confidence and love—at least that’s what it makes me think of (and that poem)!! I also love the fact that I can style it in so many ways! I can wear it casually over leggings or with OTK boots in the fall or to a special event with black heels and statement jewelry. In the winter just add a sweater jacket and tights—it truly is a great piece for all seasons! Oh and don’t forget about adding a belt to define your waist as another styling option too!

I loved wearing this dress with my new fishnet tights @ceduire and faux leather jacket from Macy’s INC collection for a great date night look!  I also wore beautiful statement necklaces with the dress from Focused Fashions and kept the rest of the look simple by just wearing open toe booties (also from Macys).  This dress is very versatile and so pretty on!  You can find my complete looks here:  www.liketoknow.it/nicoles_outfit_inspiration

You’ll also notice that I paired my dress too with my fave piece the distressed denim jacket!!! I hope you have one of these by now!!  I kept the look here simple as well and let the jewelry and the bright red color of the dress be the statements!  I simply wore lace up sandals to complete the look.  Again, you can find all my looks by signing up with Liketoknow. It and get my outfit inspirations sent directly to your email!! YEAH!!

Lets talk about ROMWE for a moment too—have you shopped with them before? They literally have thousands of very affordable trendy clothing that is chic and stylish and looks more expensive than what it really is!!!  I can spend hours on this site looking at their clothing and find it very difficult to buy just a few items!  I have ‘fallen in love’ with this affordable clothing site—-and just because the prices are lower does not mean that the items are low in quality.  In my experience thus far, I have a few items from this company and both are well made and wash up well (I do not dry my dresses in the dryer though—-I line dry my nice clothing on a hanging rack fyi).

Thanks for stopping by and reading!  Don’t forget to check out this great site!  I am positive that you will find many items you will want to “add to cart.”  As always, I appreciate your lovely comments, and would love the support if you follow me on my Instagram and sign up to follow my blog as well…..oh, and I’m working on my own new blog domain http://www.nicolesoutfitinspirations.com (it will be up and running soon)!! YEAH
